Couldn’t resist trying this one! the Señores Salt and Pepper looked so happy.. and so were we when we’d finished! Beautiful fresh taste, and lovely the way the creamy avocados contrasted with hot chillies. I smiled as broadly as the condiments and Mr Brian’s moustache stood up on end too! We will definitely be having fresh guacamole with our nachos again! Sorry, but it knocks the supermarket one straight into a Mexican hat!

Looks and tastes great. Felt inspired to talk in my (very poor) Mexican accent while making the dish, the children were most amused and even ate some – first time they have ever been tempted by anything green and mushy. Certainly put the fun into cooking!
