I am cooking fried rice for 7 in the Yorkshire Dales, how do get it crisp and dry before they get back from the pub?
The cheat is to take a a non stick fry pan (don’t tell anyone you have stooped this low) and fry a batch of the main meal in additional veg oil till crisp and brown and add this to the main meal, Stir and dish!
Sounds like you need to draw that recipe and send it in!
