It’s nice when people get inspired by the blog and give ‘Recipe Looking’ a go for the first time. But, by the looks of it, Sally, aka Oswald Flump, looks like she’s done this kind of thing before.

Sally says that nettles should not be eaten when they are in flower, so the best time to use them is in spring or early summer. Be careful!

My mum always insists that the older bananas are eaten before the newer ones, which of course means that if your banana consumption dips even slightly you find yourself fighting an endless battle eating brown bananas to get back to the perfectly ripe ones.
